We are looking for a Software Tool Engineer (m/f/d) for our Automotive sector in the Cologne area.

Responsibilities

• Creation of an automated test setup for basic SW functionalities (e.g. automated Watchdog Tests, Tests for ECC, ...).
• Evaluation of (future) technologies with the aim of achieving the highest level of automation
• Support the customer project teams on engineering execution by providing an efficient tool with high usability
• Support and accompany the development team in technical issues with respect to the tool chain
• Conception, design and implementation of the test setup
• Strong collaboration with the global engineering organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in a relevant specialization like Informatics, Automation, Computer Sciences, Electronics Engineering or similar
• Professional experience in relevant tool chains
• Experience in a DevOps environment
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD concepts and experience in their application
• Relevant experience in software development & testing
• Knowledge in Automotive SPICE is desirable
• Good communication abilities, team player, well organized person, attentive to
• details and proactive attitude
• Fluent in English (verbal & written)
