Job Title: Software Engineer in the Automotive Industry

Modern vehicles are largely defined by their integrated software. In addition to the constant increase in the software share and the challenge of working efficiently in global teams, the speed at which new software can be delivered is a crucial differentiating factor in the market.

Your Responsibilities:

• Definition of workflows and application patterns as a basis for customer projects
• Shaping our products as a key stakeholder in terms of efficient workflows
• Collaboration with our tool and embedded software product managers as well as our colleagues from the project environment
• Participation in workshops to present our workflows and derive further requirements, both internally and with our customers
• Consideration, analysis, and observation of mega-trends in IT and automotive industry development methods (e.g. agile development, automation, DevOps, AI, Cloud, Everything-as-code)

Your Profile:

• Graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
• Experience in AUTOSAR Adaptive, software development methods, automation, and related technologies are a plus
• Quick comprehension and structured way of thinking
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Very good German and English language skills
