Unternehmensbeschreibung Wir empfehlen Ihnen, hier die Details einzugeben.Rollenbeschreibung Als Business Development Manager:in sind Sie verantwortlich für die Identifizierung und Erschließung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten sowie für die Pflege bestehender Partnerschaften. Zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben gehören Marktanalysen, die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Geschäftsstrategien und die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen zur Weiterentwicklung bestehender Angebote. Diese Vollzeitstelle ist hybrid – sie basiert in Wendisch Rietz, bietet jedoch flexible Optionen für gelegentliche Arbeit im Homeoffice.
Qualifikationen
Geschäftsentwicklung und -planung: Erfahrung in der Identifikation und Umsetzung von Wachstumsstrategien sowie in der Durchführung von Marktanalysen ist vorteilhaft.
Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Verhandlungsgesprächen und effektiver Kommunikation mit Partnerunternehmen und Teammitgliedern.
Netzwerken und Beziehungsmanagement: Kompetenz im Aufbau und in der Pflege von Geschäftsbeziehungen, sowie Offenheit und Engagement im Umgang mit Kund:innen und Partner:innen.
Analytisches Denken: Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Geschäftsprobleme zu analysieren und innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln, ist essenziell.
Erfahrungen im Gesundheitssektor oder vergleichbaren Branchen sowie ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium sind von Vorteil.
