- Overseeing all construction activities, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works
- Coordinating with the project team, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project
- Developing and implementing construction plans, schedules, and budgets
- Managing the procurement of materials and equipment
- Monitoring construction progress and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Identifying and resolving construction issues and conflicts
- Managing contract variations and claims
- Preparing progress reports and presenting them to senior management
- Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and codes
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in power plant projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant local and international construction codes and standards
- Proficiency in project management software
- Flexibility to work on-site and travel as required
- Valid driving license
