Dann werde Teil unseres Teams bei der S-Payment.- Verantwortung übernehmen: In der systemgestützten Bearbeitung von Auftragsabwicklungsabwicklungs- und Produktionsprozessen für begleitende Mailing-Produkte beim Versand von Zahlungsverkehrskarten übernimmst du kaufmännische Beschaffungsaufgaben von der Bestandskontrolle und Disposition über die SAP-seitige Auftrags- und Bestellabwicklung und Überwachung der Konditionen bis hin zur Einkaufs- und Materialstammdatenpflege und Rechnungsprüfung
- Qualität sichern: Du nimmst auftragsspezifische Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen vor und bearbeitest eventuelle Lieferantenreklamationen
- Prozesse gestalten: Aufbauend auf einer Analyse der Produktionsprozesse wirkst du an der Ableitung von Prozess-optimierungspotentialen mit und bringst deine Erfahrung in die Neugestaltung von Prozessen der Dispositionund Produktionsplanung sowie der Auftrags-und Bestellabwicklungvon Mailing-Materialienund inder Erstellunggeeigneter systemgestützte Werkzeuge ein
