- Unterstützung unserer Produktion durch die von Ihnen durchgeführten Qualitätskontrollen
- Anwendung analytischer Methoden sowie Auswertung und Dokumention der Ergebnisse
- Durchführung von komplexen Routineanalysen mit chemischen und physikalischen Messmethoden nach vorgegebenen Prüf- und Arbeitsanweisungen
- Vorbereitung von Proben sowie Analyse und Dokumentation von Rohstoffen und Produkten
- Überwachung verschiedener Analysegeräte und Validierung von Testmethoden
- Instandhaltung der eingesetzten Mess- und Prüfmittel und Mitwirkung bei deren Weiterentwicklung
- Durchführung von Plausibilitätsprüfungen analytischer Daten mit Hilfe von Labordatensystemen
- Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer Techniken und Methoden
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemielaborant (m/w/d) oder Chemikant (m/w/d)
- Praktische Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Analysetechnik für Viskositätsmessung, Titration und Gaschromatografie
- Sichere Anwendung von MS-Office
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
- Sie sind bereit und in der Lage, im 3-Schicht-Dienst zu arbeiten
- Sie sind zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst
- Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, sind jedoch auch in der Lage, selbstständig zu arbeiten

Die grüne Industriestadt Ahlen liegt im schönen Münsterland am östlichen Rand des Ruhrgebietes und bietet eine ausgezeichnete Infrastruktur gepaart mit guter Verkehrsanbindung und moderaten Lebenshaltungskosten.
In unserem Polyurethan-Systemhaus Ahlen stellen wir spezielle Vorprodukte für die Herstellung von Matratzen, Schuhsohlen, Automobilindustrie, Isolierungen, Sportplätze und vielen anderen Dingen in unserem Alltag her. Hervorragende Qualität und Liefersicherheit für unsere Kunden stehen an erster Stelle – zusammen mit der Gesundheit und Sicherheit unserer Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter.
Unser Qualitätsteam besteht aus 14 Mitarbeitenden und stellt sicher, dass die Hunderte von verschiedenen Produkten, die unser Werk verlassen, immer den Kundenanforderungen entsprechen und zuverlässige Endprodukte hervorbringen, unabhängig von der Anwendung, für die sie bestimmt sind. Zu diesem Zweck wird eine breite Palette von Analysemethoden definiert und von allen Labortechnikern angewendet.
