Head of FP&A CoE (m/f/d) As Head of Financial Planning & Analysis Center of Excellence for Group Controlling, you will be primarily responsible for driving the transformation of the Controlling team by designing and implementing efficient processes.

This role requires an innovative and strategic leader who can drive the simplification, standardization and harmonization of the work of Controllers ensuring an optimized service backcharge for the business.

You will report directly into the Vice President Group Controlling and lead a team of up to ten employees. Responsibilities Make an impact
~Oversee a transformative journey for the functional controlling team, prioritizing efficiency, focus on efficiency, accuracy, value creation and adaptability

~Separating transactional FP&A tasks from the activities of the Finance Business Partners and improving the efficiency of transactional processes (automation, digitalization)

~Driving forward the standardization of reporting processes and methods in all corporate functions to ensure the consistency of financial analyses and reports

~Development and implementation of a simplified and standardized model for the charging back services to companies

~Evaluate/implement advanced financial technologies to automate routine tasks/increase overall routine tasks/increase overall efficiency

~Use of data analysis and visualization tools to gain actionable insights for decision-making decision making

~Improve the skills of the functional controlling team through comprehensive training programs and and promoting a culture of continuous learning to adapt to new technologies and processes. technologies and processes

Application Requirements What you need to succeed
~Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred)

~Proven professional experience in leading transformation initiatives in FP&A and functional controlling

~Strong project management skills with a track record of success in process redesign and implementation

~Deep understanding of financial systems, reporting tools and new technologies

~Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams

~Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

~Experience in change management with the ability to navigate and lead teams through organizational change navigate and lead through organizational change
