Chief Financial Officer / Geschäftsführer (Private Equity)

Salary – 350K + Long Term Incentive (Equity or Exit Bonus TBD)

Privatal is currently supporting a private equity fund in the search for a new permanent CFO in one of their industrial production service portfolio companies. The company is in the later stages of its life cycle and is looking for someone to increase margins (EBITDA) and execute the exit.

The role

• Demonstrated background working as a sparring partner to the CEO and/or rest of management.
• Demonstrated background in private equity.
• Demonstrated background in the full M&A cycle
• Demonstrated background in industrial services, business services, industrial production, industrial machinery, support services, or logistic services.
• Demonstrated in executing/participate in private equity exits and/or IPOs.
• Demonstrated background in increasing EBITDA / other margins.
• Demonstrated in international environments – IFRS knowledge
