- Developing and implementing account plans, including long-term winning account strategies, objectives and opportunities
- Identifying actionable trends within sales data
- Analyzing established territory metrics to gauge progress versus stated objectives
- Acquiring in-depth market knowledge and utilizing knowledge to present to key decision makers
- Consistently interacting with internal marketing, sales and product teams to ensure alignment of objectives, strategies, tactics, and resources
- Establishing and maintaining beneficial relationships with key decision makers within customer organizations
- Becoming a credible, value-adding category resource for key retail management
- Bachelor's degree, preferably business or marketing or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years sales experience in a competitive B2B environment
- Clear understanding of retail operations and distribution business including trade economics and two-step product distribution
- Experience in onboarding and developing new accounts
- Account-specific marketing and promotion development experience
- Relationship development and relationship management experience
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Data-driven decision making approach with advanced data skills utilizing Microsoft Excel at a high level
- Ability to travel up to 70%, including internationally and must hold a valid driving license
- Strong written and verbal communication in German and English
- Experience in the Musical Instruments or other consumer goods industries

About the Role: We are looking for a self-driven and passionate sales professional to join our Elixir Strings team. In this role, you will develop and manage accounts in EMEA (online and physical). You will interact with sales & marketing team and sales leadership to develop account specific sales & marketing plans and strategies. You will be responsible for all account programming at assigned customers.
This is a remote position, and you can work from your home office in most locations within Germany.
