    Diversity is a part of ZEISS. As part of the global Process Owners Team, you will be responsible for the Design of Workday HCM and Basic Compensation Processes and WD Journeys solutions and consult, support and train the global HR-Community

    • You will develop relationships with other global process owners and subject matter experts and facilitate the Workday roll out strategy for ZEISS
    • You will be the Project Manager and Redesign, Enhancement and Change Management of the Workday HCM and closely work together with the other global process owners and responsible to facilitate the establishment and roll out of Changes and Guidelines
    • This includes the execution of Proof of Concepts (HRrelated view and WDview), Planning of Projects / CRs in alignment with Process Owners, Creation of Design Concept, Quality Assurance, Budget Controlling, Training...
    • Over 5 years of professional experience in the field of HR Management, Process Design and Engineering, Employee Lifecycle Management, Project Management and Process Optimization
    • Over 3 years hands on experience working with Workday HCM
    • Experience in Workday Roll Out Projects
    • General Project Management experience
    • Fluent in written and spoken English and German
