What a day looks like working with us

• You will be the telephone contact person for relatives, you will take care of accompanying persons and support them during their stay
• You will coordinate and participate in virtual conversations
• You will collaborate with institutions such as social courts, registry offices, and professional guardians
• You will participate in medical discussions (file access), schedule them, and work with the administrative management
• You will also handle inquiries and complaints, communicate effectively in challenging conversation situations
• with patients and staff, finding solutions that benefit our patients and the company
• You will assist with the storage of valuables and luggage for the nursing staff
• Occasional weekend or holiday shifts may be required
