    As Regional Sales & Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of budgets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and the overall market performance. You will have an amazing team with 5 direct reports that will support you in achieving market objectives.

    Main responsibilities include:
    • Lead a dynamic team of sales, community, and operations managers, fostering their growth and development.
    • Collaborate with the sales to improve business performance, making sales efforts impactful and strategic.
    • Work closely with the daily operations teams to ensure smooth operations across multiple locations ensuring things run seamlessly.
    • Engage with community team to ensure high customer satisfaction
    • Be the go-to person for corporate matters between the German market and Global leaders
    We are seeking a Sales Leader – a hunter – eager to expand their experience and scope by leading multiple teams with a dynamic approach and a drive for continuous success.

    Profile:
    • 3+ years' experience managing a sales team
    • 4+ years of sales experience – full sales cycle
    • Bachelor's degree required, Master's/MBA is an advantage
    • Experience working in an international environment
    • Results-driven, strategic, solution-focused
    • Fluent in German & English
