Head of Customer Contact Center IT (m/w/d)~ SQL Server
We are looking for a Head of Customer Contact Center IT (m/w/d).
You manage the Customer Contact Center IT area both professionally and disciplinarily
You support the selection of group-wide Customer Contact Center applications (web / desktop applications in the tourism environment) including user support, taking into account the IT target architecture
You are responsible for the care and maintenance of these systems and ensure availability in accordance with SLAs
You control and monitor the new and partial further development of existing applications (including individual proprietary applications)
You coordinate IT projects in your area and ensure successful implementations
You understand the business requirements in detail and can evaluate them in the context of the IT target architecture
You are responsible for the provision of the IT and communication infrastructure on site, including the Group IT infrastructure

You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
