    Your main tasks will include:

    Work closely with our Chief of Staff on the following areas:

    • Gathering and analyzing data to support decision-making processes as well as assisting in the preparation of comprehensive management reports
    • Conducting data analyses to evaluate internal KPIs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align KPIs with company goals
    • Identifying and supporting the implementation of opportunities for process improvements
    • Supporting in ongoing projects by providing administrative help and tracking project progress
    • Playing a vital role in preparing decision-making materials for the management and senior leadership team
    • Collaborating closely with various departments heads to gain a comprehensive understanding and relevant information of CLARK's organizational dynamics

    What we look for:

    • You ideally gained first working experiences in previous internships or working student roles in fields such as business administration, management consulting, project management, or a related field
    • You are currently in your final year of your bachelor studies or about to head into the final year (preferably business-related bachelor studies)
    • You have an analytical mindset and a problem-solving attitude
    • You love to crunch numbers and you have the ability to pay attention to detail
    • You are eager to learn and show strong a drive to be successful in your tasks
    • You are a self-starter with a very organized and structured way of working
    • You have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
