    Your tasks

  • As part of our sales team, you present our company on the phone and are responsible for acquiring new customers through your well-prepared acquisition phone calls
  • You maintain existing customer relationships and inform them about upcoming promotions and events
  • You monitor the market and also build up or further expand your network in the customer environment in a target group-oriented manner
  • A continuous exchange with our sales management, the sales consultants and the marketing department is part of your daily business
  • You evaluate interest lists and prioritize your leads, after which you conscientiously ensure continuous database maintenance
  • You actively support us with sales campaigns and present upcoming events, workshops and special promotions as part of your work
  • You successfully train new employees in the area of telephone acquisition/new customer acquisition and can pass on your enthusiasm for this activity
  • You support our sales management in realigning the team, with the prospect of taking over team management (managing day-to-day business, appreciative employee retention/management, reporting to sales management, etc.)

  • Completed commercial training / or comparable qualification - career changers are also welcome
  • You should have experience in acquiring new customers and a noticeable affinity for the IT industry
  • Due to your already open and friendly manner, you are not afraid to make initial contacts
  • You have a high level of persuasiveness and very good communication skills
  • You have a very good command of German (written and spoken)
  • You work independently and on your own responsibility and have a well-structured and coordinated approach
  • If you have initial management experience or a noticeable willingness to take on such responsibility, this is an absolute plus point
