    Sorgen Sie gemeinsam mit uns für die digitale Zukunftsfähigkeit der Bundeswehr.

    Als primärer Digitalisierungspartner der Bundeswehr erbringen wir stabile, sichere und effiziente IT-Services im In- und Ausland, vom Grundbetrieb bis in den einsatznahen Bereich und tragen so zur kontinuierlichen Erhöhung der Führungs- und Einsatzfähigkeit der Bundeswehr bei. Mit über 7.000 Kolleg*innen betreiben und modernisieren wir eine der größten und komplexesten IT-Infrastrukturen in Deutschland. Wir suchen verantwortungsvolle IT-Spezialist*innen, die die Bundeswehr-IT aus Überzeugung in herausfordernden Digitalisierungsvorhaben weiterentwickeln und so einen Beitrag zur Sicherheit Deutschlands leisten wollen.

    Die Central Design Authority (CDA) ist der zentrale Ein- und Ausgangskanal für alle Angebote des BWI-Bereichs "Chief Digital Office" und damit verantwortlich für die ordnungsgemäße und qualitativ hochwertige Erstellung von IT-Solutions. Die CDA sorgt damit für die Harmonisierung von kundengerechten Lösungen und deren Betreibbarkeit. Dies geschieht z.B. durch die inhaltliche Steuerung von Angebotsvorhaben, die Orchestrierung von dezentralen Solution-Anteilen sowie durch Beratung und Requirements Engineering. Darüber hinaus entwickelt und implementiert die CDA als Design Authority unternehmensweit gültige Vorgaben für die einheitliche Entwicklung von Solutions über alle Unternehmensgliederungen hinweg.


    Deine Aufgaben:

    • Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Angeboten
    • Unterstützung des Solution Management bei Entwicklung von Lösungen
    • Begleitung der Auftragssteuerung und selbstständige Übernahme konkreter Aufgaben
    • Selbstständige Abstimmung und Kommunikation bzgl. Aufgabentracking innerhalb der Abteilung
    • Übernahme von Aufgaben im Change-Management, Stakeholder-Management und in der Kommunikation
    • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Workshops & internen Meetings
    • Unterstützung beim Aufbau eines Wissensmanagements

    Dein Profil:

    • Eingeschriebene/r Student/in der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder der Naturwissenschaften verbunden mit persönlicher Affinität zum IT-Bereich
    • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
    • Sichere Anwendung der gängigen Office Produkte
    • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit JIRA und Confluence wünschenswert
    • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Motivation, Einsatzbereitschaft, Neugierde und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
    • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit im Erarbeiten eigener Lösungsansätze
