- Operate and monitor machinery during production to ensure a smooth and efficient process
- Maintain high standards of quality, environmental, and health & safety to contribute to our collective success
- Promptly report and address any malfunctions to the relevant authorities
- Provide valuable suggestions for continuous improvement processes
- Completed training as a Chemical Technician or similar qualification
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous
- Demonstrate diligence, independence, and attention to detail in your work

In collaboration with your team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process of our additives in batch operations, especially for the ongoing late shift due to our expanding production capacities.
