IT Security Support - Team Lead Location: Munich or Karlsruhe (Hybrid)

Salary:
Up to 80,000€ + Bonus + Benefits

I am currently working with a software development company who are continuously growing and looking for their next hire This is an amazing opportunity to take ownership of a thriving division in a organization that is continuously being supported financially.

You will be spearheading an established team of IT Analysts to develop and enhance the systems; your team will consist of 8 seriously strong analysts that look after a variety of regions (France & Germany).

Reporting directly to the VP of IT support, you will be influential in maintaining the team's proficiency and highlighting future plans

Responsibilities

Leading a team of 8 IT analysts that are responsible for providing support to over 500 end users across several security domains.

Liasing with senior stakeholders, highlighting potential growth plans and elaborating on team performance and morale.
Identifying emerging technologies to better the IT infrastructure.

Requirements

Previous experience in an IT leadership role in which you have set KPI's for the wider team and consistently motivated them to achieve these goals.

A sound knowledge of ISO27001
Strong written and spoken English & German.
