Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing projects for European overseas self-operated warehouses, ensuring project implementation and tracking of key milestones
• Promote daily operations such as warehouse goods in-and-out process, warehouse operating system optimization, and last-mile delivery process
• Support logistics headquarters in project management, process, and communication across various business lines, and implement headquarters' strategies in Europe
• Support warehouse team management to ensure operational efficiency and safety
• Assist in communication and coordination with suppliers, customers, and other relevant parties to improve goods delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Participate in warehouse cost control and budget management to ensure reasonable operational costs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in logistics and warehouse management, SCM management, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse logistics or logistics engineering.
• Familiarity with warehouse logistics management processes and standards, experience in project management, and strong team collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in cost control and process optimization, able to effectively assist in reducing warehouse operational costs.
• Fluent in English, proficient in office software and warehouse management systems.
• Willingness to travel and arrange short-term stays at warehouses.

• 仓库货物进出库流程、仓库作业系统优化、尾程配送流程等日常工作的推进
• 支持物流总部项目,流程和各行业线的沟通,以及总部策略在欧洲的落地
• 支持仓库团队管理,保证仓库运作的高效性和安全性
• 协助与供应商、客户等相关方的沟通协调,提高货物交付效率和客户满意度
• 参与仓库成本控制和预算管理,协助确保仓库运营成本的合理性

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历,物流仓储管理、供应链管理等相关专业
• 2年以上仓库物流或物流工程相关工作经验
• 熟悉仓库物流管理流程和操作规范,项目管理经验,具备良好团队协作和沟通能力
• 具备成本控制和流程优化经验,能有效协助降低仓库运营成本
• 英语流利,熟练使用办公软件和仓库管理系统
• 接受出差以及短期驻仓安排
