Strat-Bridge is working with a leading management consultancy seeking their next Director focussed on production and operations strategy - based anywhere in Germany.

This realisation-driven management consultancy is very sharp on production and SCM topics, with quick progression and a low level of management hierarchy.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: lead teams of 5-15 consultants with full P&L responsibility for the project.
• ClientResponsibility : manage full project engagement and be the main conduit with the client.
• Functionalfocus : operations strategy, production strategy, operational excellence/ lean.
• Sectorfocus : production/ manufacturing, supply chain/ logistics and engineering.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience with a management consultancy; and
• Relevant sector (production/ supply chain) or functional (operational excellence, lean, restructure, strategy etc) experience.

Key variables:

• Role type: permanent role
• Languages: must be fluent in German
• Location: anywhere in Germany with scope for international engagements outside of Europe.
• Work model: hybrid (work from home, office and client site).
