Laboratory Assistant / Quality Assurance Employee - Beverage Production (w/m/d)

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Carry out quality, product, and plant inspections according to the established inspection plan (chemical-technical analyses, microbiology)
- Monitor the processes for the production of beverages
- Check packaging according to specifications
- Implementation and compliance with legal requirements as well as IFS and MEG requirements
- Review and implementation of impeccable hygiene standards in all plant areas

WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed vocational training in the laboratory field (e.g., dairy laboratory assistant), in the food sector (e.g., food technology specialist) or a similar completed vocational training
- Experience in quality assurance in the food industry is advantageous
- Career change from other food-related professions (baker journeyman, cook, butcher) possible
- Proficient in MS Office, also knowledge of SAP QM is advantageous
- High degree of conscientiousness, sense of responsibility and initiative
- Willingness to work full-continuous shift
