    RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join a team of ex- Top Tier Strategy Consultants, working as a SWAT team for Central Europe CEO.Salesforce is looking for very hardworking and passionate individuals who can effectively articulate how & why our solutions can help transform Customers' business and exceed their goalsSalesforce is aspiring to deliver business transformation enabled by technology to its customers and therefore requires individuals able to develop deep insight into the business dynamics of large sophisticated enterprises and help shape customers change agenda.

    This role is an exciting blend of frontline commercial execution and long-term strategic thinking.

    You will work with our Enterprise sales teams on the biggest and most important sales opportunities in Germany, engaging with C-level customers and providing structure, insight, and leadership to help sales teams drive opportunities over the finish line.

    Specifically, this role is passionate about definition of Account Strategies, delivery of C-Level value propositions, investment justifications and development of sophisticated deal structures and commercial proposals for large deals.


    Responsibilities:


    Work with Enterprise sales teams to define the commercial strategy; prioritise sales initiatives based on problems, value creation potential, and customers' strategic prioritiesBuild and deliver compelling Investment Justifications to secure Customers' funding for Salesforce solutions.

    Work closely with account teams and customers to identify, analyse key business value driversArticulate how our solutions will digitally transform customers' businesses at scalePut together attractive deal structures and articulate the value of our ProposalsCreate and deliver C- level compelling propositions as basis for strategic technology decisionsExperience & Skills:Required experience in a Top -Tier Strategy Consulting FirmRole seniority determined by experience levelsStrong analytical & problem solving skills essentialStrong ability to create, quantify insights and communicate recommendations to CxOsStrong influencing capabilities; must be a self-starter, high energyStrong inclination to Technology & Enterprise Software industryStrong appetite to work in a consultative strategic selling environment.
