Regular customer meetings to review performance and align initiatives to achieve the targets and strengthen network with all relevant business partners to create new leads/projects Responsible for driving all demands and be the first point of contact of all functions within the customers in Nordics Germany and UK Responsible for profitable sales development of the respective business for Nonwovens and Tissue & Towel Analyze customer adhesive potential and competition activities Lead & initiate contacts at plants R&D quality purchasing logistics marketing management level Define and present ambitious yearly plans Elaborate negotiate successful approaches to develop the business Regular tracking of business drivers discover gaps opportunities in performance Turnover Profitability Product Mix define counter-measures in case discrepancies
