We are seeking an adventurous and highly flexible Lab Head for our LCMS laboratory at a remote international site. Willingness to live abroad for extended periods (initially Germany)

Strong hands-on experience with Sciex Qtraps, ExionLC systems, and Shimadzu LCs.

Deep understanding of troubleshooting techniques.

Proficiency with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

Availability to work weekends.

Previous experience leading a small team is highly desirable.

Lead and manage a small team at a mobile lab-site.

Coordinate and conduct LCMS analyses to support athlete health and performance projects.

Oversee project management including planning, execution, and reporting.

Ensure compliance with international standards and maintain high laboratory operational standards.

Develop and implement training programs for new staff.
