We are currently assisting an established Private Equity Fund specializing in Tech companies in its search for a Chief Financial Officer.

The company has over 100 full-time employees, operates at a solid mid-sized level, and its product aims to help customers manage their data efficiently, ensure compliance, and implement customized archiving solutions.

Controlling, financing, accounting, contract law, human resources management, as well as coordination and interface tasks.

Playing an integral role in supporting other medium and long-term investments and initiatives of the company, in addition to M&A and financing strategies.

Active involvement in the controlling of ongoing major projects.
Being part of the management team and preparing analyses and recommendations for action.
Having an overview and driving necessary changes not only in the finance area but throughout the entire company. This involves allocating financial resources to growth and revenue initiatives and implementing effective performance management tools.

Extensive experience as CFO, ideally in medium-sized B2B software companies.

Strong financial competence (budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, independent due diligence, KPI-based management reporting, cash flow management, and intercompany transactions).

Experience in controlling (large) IT projects and insights into specific issues and metrics.
