Job DescriptionThe Accounts Receivable Specialist (m/f/x) is tasked with managing the accounts receivable (A/R) cycle. It includes cash application to outstanding A/R, handling A/R request, triggering automated collection, and preparation of A/R reports.

The contract will be limited to 1 yearResponsibilities and duties:
Cash application to outstanding A/R utilising our cash application softwareHandling A/R requests together with the customer success departmentContinuous improvement and development of A/R processesImplementation of additional payment methods when necessaryHandling encashment processes together with debt collection agenciesBeing a contact person for the payment service providers (e.g.

direct debit)Preparing monthly A/R reports to the finance and management teamQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or similarUnderstanding of A/R processes (assessed by exam tools)More than one year of experience in A/R processesStrong Microsoft Excel skillsFluent in English, nice-to-have proficiency in German, additional language skills are a plus (Italian, Dutch, Finnish, Turkish)Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholdersAdditional InformationWe care about our company culture.
