    The Role:

    As Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of the German, Austrian and Swiss Customer Care teams which will focus on the maintenance and loyalty of users of the EasyPark app. You will motivate and guide team members yourself and through Team Leaders in order to achieve the objectives set by the company.

    Locations for the role: Hanover or Vienna.

    What you will be doing:

  • Continue developing the Customer Care teams in Germany and Austria and work together with other CC Managers and Team Leaders for multilingual support for Switzerland.
  • Ensure team members are recruited, onboarded and trained in line with set budgets.
  • Ensure to dedicate time to the individual development of each team member yourself and through your Team Leaders.
  • Monitoring of SLA's, KPI's and scheduling.
  • Report to the Regional Customer Care Director for the South-Central European region.
  • Analysis and interpretation of data and make decisions if necessary.
  • Estimate, determine and control budgets.
  • Execute continuous quality improvements and process compliance.
  • Your background:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a management/leading position.
  • Relevant experience in Customer Service and/or Call Center.
  • Ability to train and develop employees in communication and technological skills.
  • Fluency in German (native) and English (min. B2).
  • It's valued if you have worked on managing and working with projects.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, marketing or communication although other careers will also be valued.
  • Valuable sales experience.
  • Availability to travel (at least quarterly).
