- Planning and organisation of the short- and long-term clone storage and related processes
- Alignment with local and international customers about incoming projects
- Management of in-vitro leaf sampling processes for ploidy and marker analysis
- Management of a team
- Identification and implementation of process optimization measures
- Application and further advancement of LIMS in cooperation with IT and data experts
- Collaboration with QM experts in enhancing the quality and process management in the laboratory
- Completed PT, ATA, BTA education or Bachelor in agricultural science, biology, or comparable education
- Experience in personnel management is an advantage
- Work experience in sterile laboratory is required, experience in in-vitro plant propagation is an advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken German and knowledge of English is essential
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills
