    Beschreibung

    Für den Aufbau unserer Abteilung Omnichannel Commerce suchen wir ab sofort Dich als Praktikant (m/w/d) Digital Strategy & Innovation.


    Aufgaben
    • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von insb. strategischen Digital und Omnichannel Projekten erwarten dich, um aktiv die Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsmodelle bei DEICHMANN zu unterstützen
    • Durchführung von internationalen Markt-Analysen, um Herausforderungen sowie Potenziale für strategische (Produkt-) Innovationen innerhalb des DEICHMANN E-Commerce & Omnichannel Ansatzes kundenzentriert zu bewerten, gehören zu deinem Aufgabenprofil
    • Eigene Verantwortung und Support im Projektmanagement zur Umsetzung technologischer Innovationsprojekte sind für dich Teil des täglichen Doings (bspw. im Umfeld ausgewählter Omnichannel Services, Produkt- & Service Innovationen, E-Commerce Features oder Plattform-Ansätzen / Marktplätzen)
    • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Innovations-Piloten gehören zu deinem Aufgabenportfolio und gewähren dir erste Einblicke in die Arbeitsweisen des agilen und kundenzentrierten Product Managements
    • Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Digital-Bereiches inkl. deiner Teilnahme an allen relevanten Regelterminen und Team-Routinen machen dich während deines Praktikums zu einem festen Bestandteil unserer Organisation

    Profil
    • Überdurchschnittlich gute Studienleistungen im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften
    • Erste praxisorientierte Erfahrung, z.B. durch Praktika, in einer Unternehmensberatung und/oder einem Start-up sind von Vorteil
    • Daten- & Technologie-getriebenes Mindset sowie sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
    • Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe zeichnen Dich persönlich aus.
    • Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft sind neben einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit für Dich selbstverständlich
    • Sehr gute MS Office 365 Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und Powerpoint
    • Erste Vorerfahrungen mit Projektmanagement Tools von Vorteil
