Role Overview

The SAP Associate position is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive value identification at the sub-process level based on new functional capabilities of the S/4 HANA solution. As a key member of the group, you will work closely with clients and system integrators to create value and accelerate delivery from S/4 HANA-based business transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive value identification at each step of the lifecycle of the business transformation.
Lead and challenge business process design or fit-gap sessions as well as advisor for complex functional deliverables of the system integrator.
Cultivate expertise on analytic projects or on technology-enabled business transformation where S/4 HANA or ECC is a key element.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in ERP transformation programs and at least one full lifecycle of S/4 HANA implementation with mastership in initial process design.
Sound knowledge of functionalities configuration from the end-to-end process; experience as (work) stream leader/functional lead would be a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain and present complex information and influence senior business and IT executives on technology decisions.
