- Facilitate the onboarding process for new suppliers, aligning with company standards.
- Maintain accuracy of supplier-related master data within internal systems.
- Lead internal projects to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues and drive improvements.
- Execute day-to-day operational tasks for a large portfolio of suppliers.
- Drive scalability within the fast-growing supplier network.
- Analyze and optimize the supplier portfolio to align with company objectives.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier management, sales, or purchasing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on building partnerships.
- Strong self-management, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Exceptional business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and trends.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in contract management.

- Experience in the EV charging industry and continuous process improvement skills are advantageous.
