Als Werkstudent:in Marketing Operations & Design (m/f/x) unterstützt Du unser Marketing-Team dabei, komplexe Inhalte in ansprechende, CI-konforme Präsentationen zu übertragen. Du erstellst und überarbeitest PowerPoint-Folien, entwickelst Templates weiter und achtest auf ein konsistentes, hochwertiges Erscheinungsbild. Zudem pflegst Du unsere interne Folienbibliothek, übernimmst kleinere Recherchen und organisatorische Aufgaben und stellst sicher, dass unsere Materialien immer aktuell und auf den Punkt sind. Mit Deinem Gespür für Design, Layout und Details trägst Du maßgeblich dazu bei, dass Salesfive intern wie extern einen starken visuellen Auftritt hat.
Aufgaben
- Erstelle, überarbeite und finalisiere PowerPoint-Folien inklusive Storyline, Visuals und Diagrammen
- Entwickle und pflege unsere PowerPoint-Templates (Master) weiter
- Achte auf Qualität, Konsistenz, Rechtschreibung und Einhaltung des Corporate Designs
- Baue und pflege eine zentrale Folienbibliothek für die interne Nutzung
- Unterstütze das Marketing-Team im Tagesgeschäft, z. B. bei Recherche- oder Orga-Themen
- Wirke mit an der professionellen Darstellung unserer Marke und Kommunikation
Qualifikation
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Medien-, Grafikdesign, Marketing, BWL oder vergleichbar
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS 365, insbesondere PowerPoint
- Grundverständnis für Corporate Design und gutes Layout
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise
- Detailgenauigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und proaktive Haltung
- Nice to have: Erfahrung mit Figma oder anderen Design-Tools Ein laufendes Studium an einer deutschen Hochschule
- Verfügbarkeit für eine Teilzeittätigkeit
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Grundlegende IT-Kenntnisse, Begeisterung für Technik und die Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen
- Strukturierte, detailorientierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
