    TLDR: Startup in Renewable Energy Sector seeking HR Manager in Berlin/Augsburg.

    Reonic is on a mission to simplify renewable technology sales and management with our software solutions, covering solar, storage, charging, and heat pumps. With >150 B2B customers and strong investor backing, we're looking for HR Manager excited to contribute to a fast-growing company in the dynamic renewable energies industry.

    Tasks

    • As expected in a small company, your area of responsibility touches all HR processes
    • Work closely with management to help us build a skilled and driven team
    • Spearhead recruitment and identify talent needs
    • Push initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and professional development
    • Create and implement onboarding programs and HR policies to support our evolving needs

    Requirements

    • Motivated to drive change in renewables
    • Quick learner with a flexible, can-do attitude
    • Experience in HR roles, including recruiting and talent management
    • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR
    • Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem and a degree in economics, human resources, or a related field (are a plus)
