A global manufacturing company is looking to hire an Human Resources Specialist / HR Referent to work in their Auengrund, Thuringia, Germany.

The job will include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR processes, company policies, HRIS, payroll support and benefits.

This person should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong relationships. This person should be organized, proactive, resourceful and a multi tasker.

Ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• 2 plus years of HR experience including recruitment, HR procedures, employee and labor relations.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Experience working in an international company is an advantage.
• Must be open to relocate to Auengrund, Thuringia, Germany

Candidate must have a high level of English and can communicate effectively with coworkers. Candidate must have skills in powerpoint, outlook, excel, and Microsoft word. Experience with an ERP system is a plus.
