    RemoteRole OverviewAs a Fractional -CMO, the applicant must have in-depth marketing experiencefrom various industries like Health and wellness, cosmetic industry, newage brands and FMCG Businesses with a passion of leveraging the best inclass conventional and digital platforms in executing marketing strategy.

    The applicant will have to report to the Founders of the company and willwork closely with different teams to ensure success in all marketingstrategies and execution for brand.

    The applicant must also provideforward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong public presence.
    Ultimately, s/he should be able to drive all marketing efforts to achievethe business objectives.
    Job DescriptionExecute conventional and digital marketing roadmap.
    Oversee Company's overall advertising and sales strategy.
    Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities.
    Manage all marketing channels (e.g., conventional channels, website,blogs, emails, and social media etc.) to ensure brand consistency.
    Execute ATL, BTL and Digital Marketing StrategiesMeasure ROI and KPIs and prepare a budget.
    Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels ofcustomer interaction.
    Overseeing the social media accounts.
    Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and GoogleAnalytics.
    Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase themarket segment.
    Liaise with Product, Design and Sales Heads to increase clientsatisfaction through cohesive strategies.
    Motivate teams to achieve the organisational marketing goals.
    Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out.
    Stay up to date with market developments and trendsPlan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance withorganizational goals.

    Plan campaigns with coupons, giveaways or contests to bring attentionto and createinterest in one of the organisation's products or services.

    Undertake market research studies and analyse the results in order tobetter understand the market and customer tastes.
    Skill-set required:Proven work experience as a senior Marketing Professional.
    Proven track record in designing and implementing successful marketingcampaigns by leveraging conventional methods and digital platforms.
    Strong understanding of planning and execution of all current digitalmarketing channel functions.
    Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
    Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRMsoftware.
    Excellent analytical and project management skills.
    Strong team management and communication (written and verbal)skills.


    Educational and other RequirementsQualification:

    MBA – Marketing, Relevant Academics withCertifications in MarketingExperience: 12+ YearsS/he should be available for immediate joiningJob Requirements/Mandatory SkillsExpertise in market planning, market research, and marketingmanagementStrong knowledge of public relations and sales techniquesExperience managing and leading a marketing teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to think strategically and creatively.
