Unit description

Business Guidance provides advice for strategic, operational and financial planning and forecasting. We monitor, analyse and improve performance. Business Guidance safeguards TenneT's financial health by ensuring transparency, setting (financial) targets and reporting on the achievement of those targets.

The Financial Control department named 'Business Guidance' supports TenneT leaders with decision making by providing advice for strategic, operational and financial planning and forecasting. A specific program is launched to make high quality, trusted data assets available to enable Business Guidance to steer with a set of data, tools, analytics and processes. The program is driven by a Data, Analytics and Process Excellence (DAP) team, promoting a data-driven culture, accelerate digital transformation and establish mechanisms for continuous improvement and innovation.
