Tasks
Elaboration and development of complete solutions for medium-voltage grids for engineering offices as well as for end customers and grid operators
- Independent technical preparation and clarification of customer enquiries, as well as preparation of calculations and quotations
- Customer acquisition and offer follow-up together with the responsible regional sales colleagues
- Order clarification, creation and processing with the various international business units
- Management of projects and project teams across plants and countries
- Management and supervision of protection tests and communication connections of MV systems to telecontrol equipment
- Management of installation and commissioning services in collaboration with colleagues from the company's specialist areas and external service providers
- Monitoring and analysing project costs and preparing post-calculations
- After-sales service support in collaboration with the service department
- Product presentations and training both internally and externally
