- Verkauf von Sterilbarrieresystemen in den genannten Gebieten inkl. Preisgestaltung, Angebote, Ausschreibungen und Prozesse
- Gebietsspezifische Verkaufsentwicklungspläne, Strategien, Budgets, Prognosen und Kundenverträge in Übereinstimmung mit der Wipak Health Strategie
- Durchführung von gebietsspezifischem Marketing gemäß den globalen MDI-Marketingrichtlinien
- Einführung neuer Produkte und Dienstleistungen in den zuständigen Gebieten
- Repräsentation von Wipak gegenüber Kollegen: innen, Kunden: innen und Geschäftspartnern: innen
- Unterstützende Rolle auf nationalen und internationalen Messen und Kongressen
- Mitwirkung an innovativen Prozessen im Markt und in der internen Organisation
- Netzwerk und Einfluss in der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
- Aufbau partnerschaftlicher Beziehungen zu bestehenden und potenziellen Kunden auf verschiedenen Ebenen (Management, Vertrieb, Produktion, Technik, Einkauf, Kundendienst, Marketing und Logistik) IHR PROFIL
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann
- Möglichst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb und Marketing
- Ausgezeichnetes Präsentations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz im B2B-Vertrieb, vorzugsweise in der Gesundheitsbranche (MDI, Pharma, Verpackung)
- Erfahrung im Verkauf von Produkten oder Konzepten mit Mehrwert (Value proposition)
- Selbstständiger, enthusiastischer, ergebnisorientierter Teamplayer mit klarem Fokus auf Vertrieb- und Kundenbeziehungen
- Vertriebs- und zielorientierte Mentalität im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
- Bereitschaft zu ausgedehnten Reisen im In- und Ausland
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
