People & Culture Supervisor / Personalsachbearbeiter (w/m/d) - fixed-term for 2 years

Our People and Culture (HR) colleagues form the HR department in the store and are known for their active interaction with our management and sales team on-site. They significantly contribute to the success of our PRIMARK store.

Your Responsibilities:

• Answering employees' queries on HR topics
• Being open to suggestions and exchanging ideas with colleagues, identifying areas for improvement
• Ensuring a positive employee perception
• Handling personnel administrative tasks, such as contract and certificate management
• Verifying data in the time management system
• Maintaining employee master data
• Performing preparatory and follow-up payroll activities
• Recruiting new colleagues and ensuring they have a well-prepared start
