Summary

For the "Cost Accounting" department, we are looking for a "Process Controller Cost Accounting (f/m/d)" at the Ulm location as soon as possible.

The "Cost Accounting" department is responsible for mapping the company's operational activities in the company's figures in accordance with IFRS and HGB and thus makes a significant contribution to the management of the main German companies of the HENSOLDT Group. Ensuring the correctness, functionality, consistency and transparency of cost and performance accounting and the associated processes is the department's core task.

In addition, the team is responsible for the continuous improvement and safeguarding of uniform specifications and guidelines in connection with the cost accounting processes.

Your Tasks

Implementation of monthly and year-end closing activities in accordance with IFRS and HGB as well as reconciliation of cost and activity accounting figures with Accounting in terms of time and quality

Responsibility for the SAP CO key user function of the modules relevant to cost accounting in the SAP ERP system and finance key user for RPA bots

Optimization, design and continuous quality improvement of cost accounting processes in connection with HENSOLDT's business processes

Creation, modification and maintenance (master data management) of cost centers, cost types and tariffs as well as the implementation of tariff revaluation

Supporting and helping to shape the implementation of the SAP S / 4 HANA strategy and driving digitalization in the finance area

Responsibility for internal allocations as well as allocations & distributions and for the process of monthly accrual postings

Validation of month-end closing entries and coordination with the Controlling department

Your Profile

Completed studies in the field of business administration, finance, controlling or comparable

Several years of professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility at an international company in cost accounting advantageous

Very good knowledge of SAP / R3, especially the SAP-CO module

Independent, structured and process-oriented way of working

Good communication skills and assertiveness, problem-solving skills and strong team orientation

Business fluent German and advanced English skills
