We are ideally positioned to serve customers at an international level with first-class solutions.As Customer Relations Manager (m/w/d) – Internal Service, Export and Shipping Department you will be responsible for customer service in the mechanical engineering sector including quotations order processing and escalation management Main contact for national and international customers and internal stakeholders Interface between sales production logistics and finance direct report to Sales Director EMENA
You will lead the office inside sales and shipping teams including coaching onboarding and performance reviews Support sales in contract pricing complex customer situations Optimization standardization of customer management export shipping processes Preparation of management reports KPIs participation in international projects
Export Customs Responsibility Ensuring compliance with export control customs foreign trade regulations Definition application of Incoterms based on contractual risk cost considerations Coordination verification of export documentation customs classification Advising customers internal departments on customs trade topics Cooperation freight forwarders logistics partners support audits internal reviews Head of Shipping Department Responsibility timely compliant international delivery conveyor components Oversight packaging shipping quality delivery performance transport costs Continuous improvement risk management compliance internal international trade requirements Your Profile Several years professional experience in sales customer service or export preferably mechanical engineering Strong leadership organizational skills ability work independently cross-functionally Very good knowledge export control customs regulations Incoterms international procedures Experience deliveries tariff classification export documentation cross-border regulations High customer orientation problem-solving communication skills Fluency German English additional languages advantage Confident use ERP systems comparable MS Office Structured solution-oriented working style high reliability responsibility Our Offer Flexible working hours fixed-term contract 29 vacation days calendar year Intensive induction training courses Attractive company pension scheme concepts Have we piqued your interest Then look forward receiving application Show more Show less
