    Job Description

    The Customer Service department at Vattenfall Europe Sales GmbH is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager AI and Machine Learning Expert to join the Systems Support team in Berlin or Hamburg on a full-time basis.

    As part of the Systems Support team, you will be responsible for strategically advancing and operationally supporting the systems used in Customer Service. You will act as the central interface to Vattenfall IT (internationally) and drive digitalization within Customer Service. Ensuring the future viability of the systems in use, inspiring the organization with creativity, and fostering innovation are key aspects of this role. Your contribution will help provide excellent service to our approximately 5.3 million customers and create the best possible working environment for our customer service representatives.

    Your Challenges

    • Building and strategically developing Conversational AI models in Customer Service
    • Coordinating and ensuring the applicability of AI models used in Customer Service systems
    • Conceptualizing and guiding the continuous training of the models in use
    • Ongoing coordination with relevant stakeholders (Product Owners, Management, IT)
    • Establishing and conducting monitoring and reporting on key metrics related to the AI models in use
    • Gathering, structuring, and coordinating the technological implementation of business requirements for Conversational AI solutions
    • Collaborating in interdisciplinary, agile work teams and working with other specialist teams in a complex, national, and international IT environment
    • Providing leadership on specific topics and coordinating internal and external specialists and IT service providers while conducting acceptance tests for the responsible applications
    • Assuming project management roles in international and cross-functional IT projects

    Qualifications

    Your Profile

    • Completed university or university of applied sciences degree or equivalent qualification
    • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT focusing on Conversational AI, Machine Learning, and/or AI
    • Experience in agile or classic project management
    • Experience in training Conversational AI models
    • Enthusiasm for independent and structured work
