    SAP Program Manager

    110k – 150k fixed + Performance and Company Bonus

    Hybrid – home office/Client travel

    An exciting opportunity in a Global SAP Consultancy where you will take a leading role in supporting top Enterprise clients in modernizing their SAP Systems to contribute to digital transformation in the DACH region.

    The focus will be on S/4HANA and cloud-based application architecture where you will be responsible for leading and managing large SAP Projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget and to customer expectations.

    Role responsibilities:

    • In this position you will work with our client's management boards to show how more flexible IT delivery models, modern IT infrastructure and Innovative SAP technologies can be used to exploit business opportunities within their industry.
    • You will be responsible for delivery of SAP S/4HANA Implementations and transformations by leading small to large project teams consisting of SAP Consultants/Developers.
    • You will be in charge of budgetary responsibilities for the project and ensuring that they are delivered within cost and on time.
    • You will draw on experts from across business units, leverage the global centres of excellence and engage with our technology partners.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in leading large SAP Projects ideally as a project/program Manager.
    • Experience in defining S/4HANA based roadmaps and blueprints.
    • Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
    • C1 Level German and C1 level English.
