- Drive the user recommendations system and increase the impact of user focused communications approach.
- Understand the interdependence of systems, identify opportunities to simplify and improve them to produce incremental business impact.
- Leverage commercial opportunities by creating a clear roadmap, driving its execution and testing, together with the respective stakeholders.
- Partner with data science, engineering, product and marketing teams to form a high-functioning delivery team.
- Work on cross-functional projects within the HomeToGo Group to contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Have 4+ years of experience in Product Management and Data Science with a robust foundation in Statistics or Mathematics.
- Have a proven track record in building data science or analytics products with concrete, consistent results.
- Have hands-on experience working in technical environments, specifically with Data Science and Engineering teams to bring Machine Learning (ML) based features to the market.
- Possess excellent strategic thinking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to break down, communicate complex ideas and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Have prior experience of working with technical development teams in agile methodology and sprint planning.
- Possess strong skills in operating with SQL, Python and have working understanding of APIs.

:As HomeToGo's (Senior) Product Manager, you will be part of the Retention team and, together with our data science, marketing, product and engineering stakeholders, you will drive incremental impact to our Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
Leveraging your expert knowledge of data science and product, you will work hands-on in a fast paced environment to provide scalable solutions to recommend personalized offers and content for HomeToGo users.
