- Be the (technical) Service Owner and first technical contact person for our Microsoft Defender Services
- Help us to create, maintain, develop and operate the full palette of Microsoft Defender services
- Design, built and implement Defender Services for the future needs of an costumer oriented global manufacturing company in alignment with our IT Architecture and our InfoSec department
- take over the technical design and implementation of the services in your area
- take measures for continuous service improvement and will help to proactively avoid service downtimes
- help us in the service transition from our current MSP to an internal operations
- Act as a stand-in for others services in our team
- Take over and implement additional services in the area of IT Security
- Bachelors degree in Information technology or equivalent work experience
- Profund technical knowledge in Microsoft Defender services and the willingness to extend the knowledge
- Hands-On mentality, you want to go into to lead for your services which may include configuration or incident management tasks
- You are experienced in IT-Servicemanagement in a Multi-Provider-Ecosystem or want to work in such an ecosystem
- Proven track record in operating and designing IT-Services
- Open for other IT Security related services
