Responsibilities
- Administration operation and continuous optimization of the CRM landscape
- Coodination system maintenance user management and data quality ensuring stable interfaces with SAP ECC and other connected systems
- Analysis of CRM-related business processes (donor management campaign management relationship management) and consultation with stakeholders to improve efficiency and system integration
- Driving CRM-related workstreams in future projects Salesforce implementation from requirements gathering process analysis configuration support testing data migration go-live .
