    We are looking for an Account Manager to support our mission in Germany and Austria.

    Key job responsibilities

    Working within one of the fastest growing areas of Amazon, you will play a leading role in establishing and nurturing the meaningful relationships with our Amazon PARP partners across different business segments in Germany and Austria.

    You will be working in a cross-functional role where you represent the face to our partner and own the end-2-end relationship after on-boarding where the main tasks will be:

    • communication with partners to manage and resolve challenges and grow the relationship over time
    - administration and renewal of contracts, terms and conditions
    - generation and implementation of partner specific expansion plans both within DE/AT to grow our PARP network
    - active monitoring and reporting of partner/location performance and deriving pro-active follow-up actions
    - engaging with multiple external and internal stakeholders from Tech, Accounting, Marketing, Business planning, Legal and Product Management to ensure the best possible customer experience throughout the complete project life-cycle
    - collection of partner and customer feedback to constantly improve our service offerings as well as our internal and external processes
    - manage customer-impacting projects through internal and external stakeholder management

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • A degree
    • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal German and English
    • Advanced MS Office skills
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Master's degree
    • Relevant experience in Account Management
    • Previous experience in Project Management
    • Previous experience within cross functional stakeholder management
    • Knowledge in ecommerce, startup or logistics
    • Relevant experience multitasking and prioritizing multiple workstream
    • Relevant experience in delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
