In Mercedes-Benz brand management, we manage the digital international brand training of the approximately , employees of the Mercedes-Benz brand and its other brands as part of internal branding.
The Mercedes-Benz Brand Academy (Internal Branding) is responsible for anchoring the Mercedes-Benz brand in the hearts and minds of employees. To this end, we develop suitable digital information and learning tools as well as internal digital training courses and align these with all aspects of brand management.
In addition, in-depth specialist knowledge about the positioning of the brand and our luxury strategy is imparted in advanced training courses and a future outlook is provided.
Our team is also responsible for processing global marketing inquiries and manages the topic of mindfulness for the division.
We are also responsible for the use of Mercedes-Benz brand elements as part of the brand design system in the development of MB accessories.
In addition to the Mercedes-Benz brand, it is our task to further develop and secure the content of the trademark application. This also includes third-party companies that customize our vehicles.
