IT Compliance Manager

Your Position: As an IT Compliance Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure adherence to relevant legal regulations and standards, with a particular focus on achieving certification aligned with industry standards.

Your Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the entire certification process to meet ISO 27001 standards for our IT infrastructure.
• Managing compliance requests during the sales process, including questionnaire completion and audit coordination.
• Leading customer audits to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Conducting team training on compliance matters to enhance awareness and understanding.
• Internal reviews and compliance checks to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
• Collaborating closely with sales and technology teams to integrate compliance considerations into their workflows.

Your Profile:

• Technical degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in certification, specifically ISO 27001 and IT compliance.
• Familiarity with on-premise hosting in the context of ISO 27001.
• Profound understanding of GDPR with practical implementation experience.
• Experience handling compliance requests in sales processes.
• Familiarity with compliance software like Vanta or willingness to learn new tools.
• Openness to transitioning to part-time work.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to server locations in Germany.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
• Nice to have: Certified ISO 27001 implementer.
