- Managing the in-house master laboratory (organization & administration)
- Creating various ceramic and plastic veneers, as well as occlusal splints
- Producing total and partial prosthetic restorations
- Optimizing, quality assurance, and final inspection of laboratory services
- Collaborating closely and on an equal footing with dentists and patients
- Scheduling and planning duties and holidays using GFOS, as well as task allocation within the team
- Identifying employee potentials and enjoying fostering team development
- Conducting interviews and employee discussions
- Ensuring the required material stock

Your Profile:
Completing your application for the position of Dental Technician or Dental Technology Master requires relevant experience in team leadership and working with ceramics, plastics, and CAD/CAM technologies (Zirkonzahn/Exocad). You must possess a high level of initiative, commitment, reliability, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility. Additionally, a strong dedication to patient care and service orientation, combined with a passion for modern dental technology and continuous improvement is essential. Fluent German language skills are a must.
